After the launch of the Google Pixel 7, the tech giant is preparing to introduce the Google Pixel 7a to its users. The affordable mid-ranger is likely to get several new upgrades, including flagship cameras, wireless charging, and a ceramic body.
The Google Pixel 7a will likely be called "Lynx", and according to the report, new leaks suggest that the phone may be more premium compared to older Pixel A-series models.

According to a report by 9to5Google, the Google Pixel 7a will come with a main camera, wireless charging, and more in 2023. The phone may come powered by the same Tensor G2 chip that powers the Pixel 7 Pro, along with a ceramic body, a first in the Pixel lineup.
Among the many upgrades, users may also see a wireless charging option this time around in the upcoming Google Pixel-A series model. However, according to reports, the Google Pixel 7a's wireless charging chip - P922 - will only be able to charge at 5W.
The tech giant may add a telephoto sensor to the device, making it the first smartphone in the Pixel A series to boast this functionality. Interestingly enough, the vanilla Pixel 7 lacks this feature.

Meanwhile, after the launch of the Pixel 7 series, the Google Pixel 6a is available at a discount from its initial launch price of Rs 43,999. During Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale last month, Google Pixel 6a was available at a price of Rs 27,699.
The Pixel 6a comes with a 6.1-inch OLED front screen with a pixel density of 431 pixels per inch and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It is configured with the powerful Google Tensor chipset, backed by a Mali-G78 MP20 GPU and 6GB of RAM.
The Google Pixel 6a features a dual camera setup with a 12.2MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP selfie camera. It has a 4410 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
